This kit provides three different HiLyte™ Fluor conjugated streptavidin (HiLyte™ Fluor 488, 555, and 647). Each conjugate is sufficient for staining 8-80 samples in size of 10 x 10 mm. The HiLyte™ Fluor dyes have premium quality with brighter fluorescence and better photostability compared to FITC, TAMRA and Cy® 5 dyes. All the conjugates have been optimized in fluorophore/protein labeling ratio to ensure high fluorescent signal and uncompromised biotin-binding function.HiLyte™ Fluor488: green fluorophore with Ex/Em=499/523 nm. HiLyte™ Fluor555: red fluorophore with Ex/Em=553/568 nm. HiLyte™ Fluor647: infrared fluorophore with Ex/Em=653/673 nm
