The iD MOPS Running Buffer Powder is used for SDS-PAGE Gels electrophoresis. It is compatible with iD PAGE gels. One pack is to be dissolved in 1 liter distilled water to generated a ready-to-use running buffer. No further dilution is required. Using proprietary techniques, iD MOPS Running Buffer Powder is optimized to have a long shelf life, high resolution and fast electrophoresis. It contains SDS and is to be used for SDS-PAGE but not native PAGE.
