Alternative choices
Custom oligos are delivered dried in individual 2 mL tube by default except for unmodified SePOP desalted oligonucleotide from 15 to 39 DNA bases which are delivered in water at a concentration of 100 µM.
If you prefer to receive your oligo annealed we can proceed to the annealing in our production facilities. In that case oligonucleotides are annealed by a short treatment at 94°C followed by a progressive cooling to room temperature. Please note that siRNA or cloning linkers are annealed by default.
