DNA quantitation

DNA/RNA concentration is often measured by UV absorbance at 260 nm. This method, however, is not as accurate and sensitive as DNA quantitation using fluorescent dyes.

We offer a variety of nucleic acid stains that can be used for DNA quantitation in solution or in cells. Reagents for labeling nucleotides and nucleic acids are also available.
