Your mission:
Builds and manages Capex investment plan for Biologics Eurogentec Company.
Responsible for the design, development and implementation of construction projects.
Executes and delivers projects in line with quality, safety, cost and planning expectations.
- Drives large and small projects, from feasibility to hand-over to ensure an outcome which meets business needs.
Manages and prioritizes yearly Capex plan (2-3 million €) - Elaborates a site Master plan and a Business Continuity Plan
Builds and drives a 5 years plan asset portfolio to avoid obsolescence - Prepares funding request in partnership with Corporate (Japan)
- Develop and executes Good Engineering Practices (including commissioning and qualification) related to a pharmaceutical environment
Implement Good Automated Manufacturing Practices in projects - Ensures compliance with all GMP, EHS and legal requirements
Manage relations with local authorities for any obligations (permits) - Ensures projects handover with technical services including BOM, maintenance & calibration plan and documentation (drawings) updates
- Ensures projects tracking and reporting
Prepares monthly progress reviews and leads steering committee. - Manages a multidisciplinary team and partnership with peers, stakeholders, engineering office, automation and contractors
- Develops a long-term energy saving plan and environmental ambition
- Responsible for engineering technical watch and standardization on site
- Manages and optimizes planning’s shutdowns: coordinates projects and evaluates impact with internal customers
- Uses proven selection process to develop the appropriate contract strategy (EPC/M) with engineering company and contractors
Your profile:
- Industrial engineer or Civil engineer / Or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Management role
Able to use and build project tools: Microsoft Project (or other), reporting
- Relevant technical knowledge within pharmaceutical or alimentary sector (minimum 5 years)
- English French bilingual
